Choose a photo for a Minecraft skin
MyPixelSkin first analyzes visible reference details, then creates a photo-inspired pixel design. A clear image helps the model see clothing, hair, colors, and accessories; the process may take longer and the result still needs checking.
Pick a reference that shows the subject
Face and hair: use even light and keep hair edges visible. Avoid a heavy filter that changes the hair color.
Clothing: choose a front or three-quarter view where the jacket, shirt, belt, or dress is not hidden by a bag or another person.
Accessories: include glasses, hats, pins, or scarves only when they are visible enough to describe.
Background: a simple background makes the subject easier to separate. Crop out unrelated people and private documents.
Visibility: if the lower body or back is not shown, expect the result to interpret those areas rather than recover them from the photo.
What happens when you generate
The photo stays in the browser until you click Generate skin. At that point the active image is sent to APIMart for the selected strategy. The result is a 64×64 skin candidate that should be checked in the 3D viewer and edited before download.
Enhanced is experimental. It adds an extra reference-analysis step and may take longer. It is an optional local strategy, not a promise of better likeness. Classic remains the default.

FAQ
Does MyPixelSkin restore the original photo pixels?
No. The output is a new, photo-inspired pixel design. It is not a pixel restoration or identity guarantee.
Should I upload a group photo?
Use a crop with one visible subject when possible. Do not include people or documents you do not intend to send for generation.
Can I generate without a photo?
Use the text workflow for an idea, or start from an original local template and edit it in the browser.
